Santa Sefano. - a large fishing boat port with a yacht marina. This was a transit stop but was attractive at night.

Santa Stefano is on the peninsula of Mount Argentario. This was originally an island but over the centuries it became silted up at the edges and this was encouraged by the Italians. The waters in between became a lake and it was used in the second world war for landing flying boats.
